Unless your gladiator minifigure wants to run into the arena nude, the gladiator skirt is a necessity!
In addition to saving your gladiator some blushes, the thick leather straps on the gladiator skirt could also save his life.

This piece is a small step up in size and detailing from the loincloth piece, but it has the same drawback: they just 'clip' onto the front of the figure, so they have a tendency to fall off more easily than I'd like. Still, they look good on my Roman figures, and they spice up some of the wilder monster species too for my fantasy figs.
Unfortunately, I expected the skirt to be outlining leg piece and going over the two studs (which would be a flawless attachment btw!), but I found out this piece only snaps to legs and can easily fall off so any minor movement can disrupt it. I do understand that the purpose is more for display than playing, but its loose state can only make you scared and annoyed. Product is overal good - just be aware of its nature! :)
Not much excitement about this piece. To be honest, it falls off all the time. I will use it only for a display purpose but not let my kids play with it.
Great idea, and they look REALLY great with armor. However, I am having issues keeping them on my mini figs if they are not wearing armor. I know I have bought items that actually go between the legs and torso to hold them in place, if this is a possibility I would buy many more of these!
