This collar really adds the finishing touch to the jester look. And the bells attached to the collar add a perfect humorous effect to the already funny jester minifigures. And be warned: without the extra jingle and splash of color of the collar, the king might get bored with the jester and chop off his head!

Fits well, though restricts minifig's arms movement a little. I would love to see a more civil version of it, maybe not so large and with less prominent lobes, tha would fit the Lego peasant/wolfpack hoods and appear as one piece of clothing. Such hoods were very popular in several historical eras.

I bought the complete jester getup, and build a basic lego figure that had complementing color scheme. Once I put him together, his life purpose has been changed.
No jester is complete without the collar to contrast or match the hat and plumes. Color choices are fun to mix, and the collar fits well on the minifig. A great addition to the court jester.
