Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, international customers can save on shipping and receive our products faster by ordering from one of our authorized international resellers.
How long will shipping take?
NOTE: Due to coronavirus, orders are taking 5-7 extra days to ship.
Domestic: 2 to 4 Days
International: 3 to 6 Weeks
Canada/Germany/Mexico: 3 to 8 Weeks
What types of payment does BrickWarriors accept?
You can pay with a credit card or PayPal (or a credit card via PayPal).
How do I use PayPal to pay?
Upon finishing shopping and clicking “PayPal Checkout,” you will be directed to PayPal.com where you can then sign into your PayPal account or create a new one if you do not yet have one. You should be able to use any credit card to pay via PayPal.com.
Why is my card being denied for fraud??
Our credit card processor will deny any card that fails an address check, and then continue to deny that card even if the correct address is entered. If this happens, please select PayPal as your form of payment rather than a credit card. You can still pay with a credit card on PayPal.
Can you mark my package as a gift rather than merchandise or declare a lower value?
Why did I get charged import tax when it said I would get free shipping?
We have no way of paying your import taxes at the time of shipment. Please check with your country's customs office to see what import tax may apply before ordering.
I have a coupon code. How do I enter it?
Coupon codes can be entered in the bottom left hand corner of the screen on the Shopping Cart page.
Why isn't my coupon code working?
There are three common reasons why coupons fail to work:
1. There could be an extra space after the code, especially if you copy/pasted it in. 2. You might have already used that coupon. Some of our coupons are limited to 1 use per customer. 3. All of our coupons require a minimum purchase of $10. There must be $10 worth of merchandise in your cart when you enter the coupon.
Why do I need to add more items to my shopping cart in order to apply a coupon?
Many of our coupons require a minimum order of $10.
How can I use my gift certificate?
You can enter your gift certificate information in the bottom right corner of the shopping cart page. Please note that gift certificates expire after 1 year.
Why didn't I receive an e-mail with my gift certificate?
Your gift certificate will be e-mailed to whatever e-mail address you enter on the gift certificate page. Please check your spam folder, and if it's not there, contact us.
How can I use store credit?
When you are prompted to pay for your order after clicking checkout, you can choose to apply your store credit to the order before paying the balance with a credit card or PayPal.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped (generally within 24 hours Monday through Friday), you will receive an e-mail from PayPal with your USPS tracking number. To track your order, enter that number into the USPS Tracking Website. Once the package is with the USPS, it is up to them to scan the package into their system. As a result, the tracking information is usually not available in the system right when you get the e-mail from PayPal. If you have not received an e-mail from PayPal with your tracking information, check your spam folder to see if it is there. If that doesn't work, try logging into your PayPal account to view the order.
Why is my order stuck in Jamaica, NY?
Some countries support USPS tracking, but for those that don't, the last entry on the tracking will be when it leave the USA. Sometimes Chicago is also the last entry, depending on the shipping method.
My order looks like the mailman stomped on it and threw it in a vat of boiling oil. What can I do?
Contact us. We will be happy to replace damaged or defective pieces. (For the record, this question shouldn't really be in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section. It's more of an "Rarely Asked Question," but an RAQ isn't a thing.)
Limited Edition Minifigs
Can I order a limited edition figure that is listed as Sold Out or Retired?
No. They're called limited edition for a reason! However, we try to release 1 new limited edition figure each month, so there are always more coming!
How do you make the torso designs?
The torso designs are all made using cutting edge computer software. If you want to start making your own designs, we recommend beginning in MS Paint. A very informative tutorial can be found in the Eurobricks Minifig Customiziation Workshop.
How do you make the accessories?
Each accessory is carefully designed down to a hundredth of a millimeter using a CAD program. The design is then sent to a professional tooler who cuts a cavity for each accessory into a block of solid steel. Finally, the mold is injected with high quality ABS plastic, the same plastic that LEGO® uses, under extremely high pressure to create BrickWarriors accessories.

We have a number of accessories and minifigs designed and even more that we plan to design in the near future, but I am not quite ready to reveal any of them to the public yet. When new products are available, the news will be posted on the BrickWarriors homepage.
