It doesn't seem quite fair to call this a battle because it was so lopsided. It was more of a massacre, led by the iconic Alexander the Great against Persian resistance as recreated here by Hunter Erickson on Flickr. Despite being heavily outnumbered, the Hellenic League (as the united Greek forces were referred to) slaughtered the Persian fighters by the score of about 4 to 1, though these numbers vary by who you ask. The rest quite literally is history. While this battle is thick on actual battle, it's thin on BrickWarriors pieces; the lone weapon used is our Skull Crusher on the horseman in the rear left.
