Today's LEGO gun of the week is one that needs no introduction: the Glock. You probably know a little about the Glock without even realizing it! The Glock 17 is a short recoil-operated, semi-automatic pistol that just so happens to be one of the most popular guns in the United States (thanks in part to the fact that a little over half of police officers carry one.) Why is it so popular? Probably its simplicity. What you see is what you get which makes for an easy introduction to marksmanship, smithing, and general gun-troductions. This particular version is a tad boxier than the real life gun, but that gives it some street cred. And this LEGO version includes a working slide, functional trigger, and removable magazine.
