Today's Custom LEGO Minifigure of the Week is one of Batman's longest running enemies, the self proclaimed, "Gentleman of Crime", The Penguin. TheMooseFigs, this custom's creator, did a great job with the little details; making The Penguin's coat out of electrical tape, using glued cotton for the fur on his coat, a sculpted torso for maximum girth and man-boobs and OMG! The monocle! We're honored to have a hand in this creation; that Top Hat is indeed from BrickWarriors!
