Bought it in the gunmetal, and it perfectly matched the spartan shield and spartan helmet I ordered in the same color.
As a Spartan sword, this accessory is an epic failure. However, I couldn't care less about how it's labeled on this website because this sword is awesome! The detailing, curves, and styling on this weapon are fantastic! I believe that these swords work perfectly for orcs, goblins, and brigands, so I'm more than willing to overlook the fact that this piece doesn't work at all for Spartans. If you are looking for a Spartan sword, however, I'd recommend that you check out the xiphos sword. But don't forget to pick up a few of these as well! Great item!
A seriously bad-a$$ looking cutter, works well for gladiator types or seafaring brigands, but also pretty fearsome in the hands of goblinoid raiders. Nice detailing on the handle and guard.
Like all BW products, this is a top-quality element. However, its design is more fantastical than realistic for its original purpose, being clearly based on the film '300's more jagged stylized weapons rather than directly on original greek Kopis swords.
I love the built in hand guard. A tight little product that is perfect.
