Why can't I redeem my mystery pack code?
You have to add a mystery pack to your cart before redeeming the coupon. Otherwise it will give you an error.

What is the Rewards Program?
BrickWarriors' Rewards Program is our way of saying thank-you to our loyal customers! It is also the best way for you to receive discounts, freebies, and exclusive items!
How does it work?
The Rewards Program works by allowing you to earn Warrior Points for different actions. See How can I earn Warrior Points? below.
How do I become a member?
To become a member, simply create a store account. You can do this by clicking on the "Create a store account" button on the Rewards pop-up, or "Create an account" on the top right of the page.
What Rewards can I receive?
Simply click on the Rewards Program tab at the bottom of the screen and select Rewards to discover Warrior Point rewards. Rewards include free mystery packs, coupons ranging from $5 to $100, and even exclusive packs with never-before-seen items and custom minifigures.

How can I earn Warrior Points?
There are 9 ways to earn points: creating a store account, making an order, referring a friend, liking BrickWarriors on Facebook, following BrickWarriors on Twitter, following BrickWarriors on Instagram, sharing BrickWarriors.com on Facebook, sharing BrickWarriors.com in Twitter, and having a birthday!
How many Warrior Points is each action worth?
Simply click on the Rewards Program tab at the bottom of the screen and select Earn Warrior Points to discover Warrior Point values.
When do I receive Warrior Points?
Points earned for new store accounts, social media interactions, and birthdays will be credited instantly. Points earned for purchases will be credited to your account when your order is shipped. Points earned for referral will be credited upon the recipient's order being shipped.
How can I check my Warrior Points balance?
To check your Warrior Point balance, make sure you are logged into your account, and click the Rewards Program tab at the bottom of the screen.
Will my Warrior Points expire?
Nope, Warrior Points are good forever!
