All your custom minifigs are great. Had to get this one so as not to miss out. I agree with Mario. A bowler hat & cane would put this custom figure into the 6 star range.
Just a really great, unique-looking figure. The quality is impeccable. I did feel the tophat didn't quite suit him, but a quick swap for your hooligan cap did the trick.

I really really liked this figure, and the obvious nod to Chaplin is very cool. Would have really liked to have seen a cane and a unique bowler hat with hair for it offered. Otherwise, stellar work!
