LEGO MOC of the Week - On a Narrow Spit of Sand... by Mark of Falworth

22nd Sep 2016

It's been a little while since we last shared a Mark of Falworth creation for MOC of the week. Well the wait is over! For those who remember Mark's other work, he doesn't just build a scene, he creates a story. And it usually centers around the character, Mark of Tortuga. Mark is wearing a black Bicorn in the middle of this scene and holding a gold spyglass.

In this scene, Mark and his crew land on a tiny island in the Caribbean looking for buried treasure. They end up having to dig with their swords because they forgot shovels. They're obviously not used to this Pirate-ing thing.

They do look like Pirates though thanks to awesome BrickWarriors accessories. In addition the Bicorns, there are Tricorns, a Pirate CoatPirate CutlassesFlintlock PistolsBlunderbusses, and Breaker Swords. Check out the original post on Flickr here, so you can zoom in for more detail.

Be sure to check out Mark of Falworth on Flickr and Facebook to see more from this scene and follow the continuing saga of Mark of Tortuga.
