This thing is awesome, I just bought it in a Toys R us battle pack. The detail is exceptional, and it looks best (in my opinion) on a blank headpiece to give it a visor effect. You can use it as a heroic battlefield commando in earth 2060, or as a terminator-like Rouge destroyer bot. I prefer the former.
It fits a minifig head nicely, not too loose, not too tight. You can easily remove the helmet or turn it. A really nice design.
I really liked how the helmet is scaled well from all views, unlike certain other brands.
I found that the Hydra Henchman from Avengers AoU fit looks very good with it.
This helmet tops pretty much ANY armor that your minifig is equipped with very well.
There are clean lines, while having crisp details.
The slit visor looks menacing no matter what color is showing through.
It's very close to the size of a standard Lego helmet but with incredible levels of detail. Easily the best rendition of a Halo helmet I have yet seen for minifigures.
Only issue I have noticed is the chin (which extends downward) can limit turning (similar to the problem with Lego's clone trooper phase 2 helmets)
