Enhanced Warrior Rifle (EWR)

Postby Thrash » Tue May 01, 2012 3:34 pm

You guys asked for it, so here it is: the BrickWarriors Enhanced Warrior Rifle!

Image

On flickr it seems like there's some indication that people would like to see a different scope...what do you guys think?

I'm quite content with the ACOG scope, personally. However, I can see the desire for a bigger scope on it, as well.

I like the ACOG, but it looks a bit silly when attached that way...try moving the scope forward a bit, but keep the pin holding it to the rifle where it is. On another note, I love the stock on this thing.

This is a dream come true for me :D All of the times I have tried to make one of parts from other guns that ended up sucking :( So this is great! However, I think the scope should be different, IMO. I don't know why, but I just don't think this gun should have an ACOG scope.

I knew you would design this one. It's a perfect BW item.

About the scope:
I think most guys on flickr are right. The scope doesn't match with the weapon.
Maybe you should try the scope I added as attachment.

It is officially a S&W .44 magnum scope but I think it would look great on the EWR.

I was just thinking if it was in brown and with the scope removed it would look like a Ruger Mini 14 with a Folding stock

I think the scope should be changed. More even in the front and back. Something like this: Image

Definitely. Now that Brickfair is over I'll have more time to focus on new designs like this one... :)

It would be great to see one of these fine weapons without a scope, but I think it looks great just as it is.

Personally I'd prefer the ACOG scope as is, but if you were to scoot it up a little (because it looks most realistic in the pic) it wouldn't bother me. If you don't want the scope on the cut it off, it is easier to cut than add.

I think the ACOG looks great on it..plus you can easily cut or mod it to other BW weapons :D
